1. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or outside working hours may be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Within India: approximately 3 to 7 business days
- Remote or non-metro locations: approximately 5 to 10 business days
- International shipping: if offered, timelines may vary based on destination, customs, and courier handling

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout before payment is completed. Promotional free shipping offers may apply from time to time at our discretion.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide shipment details and, where available, a tracking number via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other contact method provided during checkout.
5. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners, weather, natural events, public holidays, regulatory checks, address issues, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Incorrect Address or Contact Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is delayed, returned, misdelivered, or undeliverable due to incomplete or incorrect address, phone number, landmark, or recipient information, RAIRE shall not be responsible for the resulting delay or loss.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of returned shipments.
7. Partial Shipments
In certain cases, orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on stock availability, packaging requirements, or courier logistics. If this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
8. Damaged Packages
If the outer package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers should, where possible, record evidence and contact us promptly. Claims related to transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
9. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If a shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel, or incorrect shipping information, re-shipping may be subject to additional charges.
