1. Final Sale Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase or delivery.
  • Dissatisfaction with the product after use.
  • Slight variations in color or appearance compared to website imagery.
  • Orders placed by mistake.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please review your cart carefully before completing your checkout.

3. Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, you must report it to us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

To report an issue:

  • Contact our support team with your Order Number.
  • You must provide a clear unboxing video and photos showing the damage or the incorrect item.
  • If a claim is verified, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement of the same item. No monetary refunds will be issued.

4. Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused at the doorstep or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the order will not be eligible for a refund. Any reshipping attempts may incur additional shipping charges.
